Directions:
If your symptoms keep you confined to bed or at home:
Adults: 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15 mL) at or before bedtime.
Children 6-12: 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons (5 to 7.5 mL) at or before bedtime.
Children under 6: consult a physician.
Maximum 4 doses/day. If preferred, mix with equal parts honey.
